Electronic Communications Delivery Policy (E-SIGN Policy)

In your relationship with us, you have the option to receive certain information on paper. However, by using our service, you agree to receive this information electronically. Since our operations are conducted online, you must agree to receive all essential information from us and our providers electronically, either through our website or by email, instead of receiving paper copies by mail.

This section outlines the technology requirements needed to view, save, or print the communications we send. By using our service, you confirm that you have the necessary technical capabilities and agree to keep your contact details current.

You have the option to stop receiving electronic communications from us and our providers, but doing so may result in losing access to our services.

Electronic Delivery of Communications

By using our service, you agree to receive all communications, agreements, documents, notices, and disclosures ("Communications") electronically. These Communications include agreements and policies, such as the Debt Consolidation & Cash Advance Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as tax statements and product-related disclosures. We will deliver these Communications by posting them on the Debt Consolidation & Cash Advance website or emailing them to the address listed in your Debt Consolidation & Cash Advance profile.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you need:

  • A computer with internet access
  • A current web browser with 128-bit encryption and cookies enabled (e.g., Internet Explorer 11 or newer, Safari 9.0.3 or newer, Firefox v. 56 or newer, Chrome v. 60 or newer)
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader 11 or newer to open .pdf files
  • A valid email address
  • Sufficient storage space to save past Communications or a printer to print them

By using our service, you confirm that you have the required hardware and software to receive, open, and save or print Communications. You also confirm that the email address provided is accurate and able to receive communications.

Additional Mobile Technology Requirements

If you use a mobile device to access our service, make sure your device can print and save Communications. If not, use a device that can.

How to Withdraw Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications by emailing us at [EMAIL]. If you withdraw your consent, we or our providers may limit, suspend, or deactivate your account, or charge fees for paper copies.

If you would like a paper copy of a previously provided Communication, you may request one within 180 days. We will send the paper copy by mail, and you may be charged up to $5 per Communication. Make sure your mailing address in your profile is current for paper delivery.

Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your email address up-to-date to ensure continued receipt of Communications. If a Communication is sent to an outdated email address, it will be considered delivered. If you use a spam filter, be sure to add Debt Consolidation & Cash Advance to your email contacts to avoid missing Communications.

You can update your email or physical address by logging into your Debt Consolidation & Cash Advance account and selecting "Account Settings." If your email becomes invalid, your account may be considered inactive until a valid email address is provided.

Responsibility for Security of Your Email Account

You authorize Debt Consolidation & Cash Advance to send sensitive information, documents, and records related to your use of the service to your email address. You confirm that you own and control the provided email address and that only you or your authorized representatives can access it. You agree to protect sensitive information with appropriate security measures, such as using a strong password and multifactor authentication.

If your email address changes, you must update your profile before the change takes effect. You agree to indemnify and hold us and our providers harmless from any claims, expenses, or damages resulting from the delivery of information to your email, failure to update your contact details, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
